Salary Details

We offer a competitive salary of £31,143 - £32,183 per annum, based on a 40-hour week, plus an additional £6,183 for sleep ins. This total package reflects our commitment to supporting your well-being while working with our children.


Job Description



  • As a Children's Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating atmosphere that fosters growth and development.
  • You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of our children and their families.
  • Your tasks may include assisting with daily living activities, planning engaging activities, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • A passion for working with children with complex needs.

  • A driving license, as you will be required to transport children safely.
