Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager
Location: North Devon
Job Type: Permanent
We are seeking an experienced and talented individuals to lead our children's homes in North Devon. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for vulnerable young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the individual needs of young people
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other teams to provide holistic support to young people
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
- Experience in managing an Ofsted-rated "Good" or "Outstanding" children's home
