Community Children's Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Registered Children's Nurse to join our Community Children's Nursing Team as a Band 6 Community Children's Nurse on a fixed-term contract to cover sickness.
Main Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing generic nursing care to children with short and long-term conditions within their own homes and wider community.

Key Responsibilities
The post-holder will be required to:
- Work in partnership with all levels of healthcare professionals and NHS providers of services as well as with other statutory and voluntary agencies.
- Manage a caseload of patients and oversee the caseloads of other team members.
- Delegated referrals or tasks to other team members.
- Work flexibly around patient needs, including earlier or later visits.

Person Specification
