We're on the lookout for a talented and driven individual to join our Access family, who shares our passion for innovation and excellence. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll play a key role in helping us grow and succeed in the Learning Software market.

About You:

We're looking for an energetic and results-driven individual who excels both independently and as part of a team. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business and cross-selling opportunities, using CRM to maximize LinkedIn and adapt to market changes. You'll also attend exhibitions, host seminars, and present sales ideas to support other salespeople.

  • Proven success in B2B sales, specifically within HCM or Learning software, with a track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities and effectively cross-selling SaaS solutions.
  • Able to work on own initiative, self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone, email, and written.
  • Proven ability to develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Full UK driving licence.
