Senior Account Executive - Learning Software

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team at The Access Group, a leading provider of business management software. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

As a member of our New Business People sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and cross-selling our SaaS solutions to existing clients. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice on our solutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

About You:

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the HCM or Learning software sector. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
