Job Title: Senior Account Executive

We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our New Business People sales team.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating new business and cross-selling opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize CRM to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging social selling approaches and maximizing LinkedIn to drive results.
  • Attend industry events, host seminars, and present sales ideas to support the sales team.
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing valuable feedback to improve team performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in B2B sales, specifically within HCM or Learning software, with a track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, with a full UK driving license.
