Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our client in Motherwell. This role involves developing new leads and opportunities, generating sales with business customers of all sizes, and fully managing their accounts.

About the Role

This is a highly sales-driven position, requiring the ability to make a high volume of outbound telesales calls and speak with decision-makers at the highest level within target businesses.

The successful candidate will have excellent rapport-building and listening skills, as well as a proven track record of success in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new leads and opportunities
  • Generate sales with business customers of all sizes
  • Fully manage customer accounts, including cross-selling and upselling additional products and services
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, money-hungry, and target-driven, with a strong background in outbound sales. They will have experience in most B2B/SME sales areas and excellent communication skills.

Benefits

On top of the starting basic salary of £25,000, there is also on-target earnings of around £30,000-£40,000. Top performers can earn up to £60,000-£70,000 per year.
