Job Overview

B2B Telesales Account Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our client in Motherwell. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has a proven track record of success in outbound telesales.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop new business leads, generate sales with business customers of all sizes, and fully account manage their accounts while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly driven, motivated by sales targets, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. On top of your basic salary of £25,000, you can expect on-target earnings of around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, with top performers earning up to £70,000+.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires someone who is willing to put in the effort to build strong relationships with clients and drive revenue growth.
