Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service Development: Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement new services, ensuring they meet the needs of service users and carers.
  2. Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs, providing staff with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent support.
  3. Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for development and implementing changes to enhance services.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage with diverse groups and build strong relationships.
