About the role:
- Design and implement a comprehensive Compliance strategy
- Oversee the implementation of Consumer Duty regulations
- Manage a small team of Compliance specialists
About you:
- You will have previous experience in Compliance, ideally within the Financial Services sector
- You will have excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- You will be able to deliver high-quality reports and analysis to support business decisions
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme and excellent career development opportunities.
