Are you an experienced senior Compliance specialist looking for a new challenge in the Financial Services arena?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Director to join our team at Willow Resourcing.

About the role:

  • Design and implement a forward-thinking, comprehensive 1st Line Compliance strategy
  • Manage a small, dedicated 1st Line Compliance team
  • Embed and oversee Consumer Duty regulations

About you:

  • Previous general insurance experience is advantageous but not essential
  • You will have excellent knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations
  • You will be able to deliver actionable insights that support business decisions

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is passionate about Compliance and can make a lasting impact on both the business and its customers. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
