Role Overview:
The Director of Property & Development will lead a committed and passionate Directorate delivering our vision. You will oversee the management of CVG's property assets, lead on the strategy for new build homes, and manage a team of professionals across multiple disciplines. This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects that meet quality, compliance, and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for property development, management, and growth
* Manage a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and project managers
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder engagement

Salary:
£91,460 - £94,680
