An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training and Talent Development Officer to join our Talent and Organisational Development team.
This role offers a unique blend of home-based and office-based work within the Civic Complex, Motherwell, allowing for a great work-life balance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development and delivery of behavioural and technical skills training, mandatory and regulatory development, and vocational qualifications.
- Designing and delivering learning and development activities using a blended approach, including e-learning modules.
- Collaborating with the Senior Learning and Development Advisor and the Leader and Talent Development Manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a learning and development environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to facilitate effectively on Microsoft Teams.
This role comes with a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a range of employee benefits.
