Training and Talent Development Officer

Join our Talent and Organisational Development team as a Development and Learning Professional and take on a challenging role that combines learning and development expertise with strong interpersonal skills.
This position offers a flexible working arrangement with a mix of home-based and office-based work within the Civic Complex, Motherwell.
Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and delivery of learning and development programmes, including e-learning modules.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including service managers and employees.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in learning and development.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience working in a similar role or in a related field.
This position comes with a salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive package of employee benefits.
