Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team in the Motherwell area. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing care and assistance to individuals with disabilities and additional support needs.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting our service users with their daily activities, including hobbies, appointments, shopping, and personal care. You will also help them to maintain their independence by assisting with meal planning, cooking, and household tasks.

Working Arrangements

We offer flexible working arrangements, including part-time and relief opportunities. Our shift patterns are designed to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences, with shift lengths ranging from 4 to 8 hours.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, based on a 20-hour working week. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as access to our employee benefits package.
