">As a Support Practitioner, you will play a key role in ensuring that our service users receive the highest level of care and support. You will work in partnership with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, which are designed to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.

- A full UK manual driving licence, as you will be required to transport individuals using their own mobility cars">
