Job Description: Part Time Community Worker

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic individual to fill the role of a Part Time Community Worker. This position involves supporting individuals with disabilities and additional support needs in the Motherwell and Wishaw communities. Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, engaging in community activities, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with disabilities and additional support needs in their daily lives
  • Engage in community activities and hobbies with the people we support
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including appointments, shopping, meal planning, cooking, housework, finances, medication, and personal care

Requirements:
  • Compassionate and caring attitude
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
