**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Public Services Support Worker.

As a Public Services Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our community facilities, including answering queries, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to community facilities
  • Answer queries and respond to emails
  • Maintain accurate records

**Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you will require experience of working in a customer-facing environment, dealing with members of the public on a daily basis. A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Hours:** 30 hours per week, split across various shifts, including Monday to Thursday (17:00-21:30) and Friday (16:00-21:00)

**Estimated Salary:** £24,000 - £27,800 per annum (dependent on experience)
