We have an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join North Lanarkshire Council's Contract Strategy management team, driving the housing new build programme forward.
The ideal candidate will provide quantity surveying services for 37,000 properties, manage contract strategy, and oversee procurement and contract management processes within a competitive salary range of £51,557 - £56,511 (NLC13) per annum.
Responsibilities include managing staff, handling absence, supervising work allocation, and participating in disability confidence initiatives and Armed Forces community outreach.
