About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Business Development Representative to join our team at William Fish, focusing on promoting our specialist construction equipment and groundworks solutions across Scotland and the North East of England.

This is a home-based field sales position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote our products and services to customers in the region
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver sales targets and business objectives

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission scheme offering an estimated OTE of £65-80,000 in the first year
