About Our Role

We are looking for a skilled Companionship and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide companionship, emotional support, and practical assistance to clients in their own homes.

As a Companionship and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, medication management, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility assistance to our clients. You will also work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including paid training, flexible hours, and opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their own homes
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
