Frontline Team Facilitation Specialist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team at Enable Scotland, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
About You:
- As a passionate advocate for social care, you will bring experience in supporting adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
- You will demonstrate expertise in person-centred planning, facilitation, and communication.
- You will be a natural leader, capable of guiding staff teams and ensuring high-quality support practices.
- You will work closely with colleagues to design and implement effective service strategies and risk assessments.
- You will possess excellent organisational skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to manage complex tasks and priorities.
- You will need a valid SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- A full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for business use is mandatory.
