Our care home in Motherwell, Scotland, is committed to delivering outstanding care to older people. We are seeking an Older People's Care Specialist to join our team and help us achieve this goal. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in line with their individual needs and preferences, working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to maintain a safe and supportive living environment. The ideal candidate will possess significant previous nursing experience in older people's care homes and demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to build solid working relationships.

The salary for this role is estimated at £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In return, you will receive market-leading rates of pay, specialist dementia training, and opportunities for career progression. You will also receive £1,000 CPD fund for every Adult Care Nurse and free access to RCNi learning website, as well as NMC fees paid for.

As an Older People's Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will include providing high-quality nursing care to residents, maintaining a safe and supportive living environment, and assisting with training and development of junior staff members. The successful candidate will possess RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered, with previous older people's care experience being desirable but not essential.
