B2B Telesales Account Manager Opportunity in Motherwell
Salary and BenefitsWe are offering a competitive salary of £25,000 with an OTE of £40,000+, providing uncapped earning potential.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a skilled B2B Telesales Executive / Internal Sales Consultant, you will develop new business opportunities by engaging with existing clients and identifying new sales areas. Your background in outbound sales is essential, with experience in various B2B / SME sales sectors being highly desirable due to the transferable skills it brings to our client's industry.
Your primary role would be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth. You will also be responsible for managing your pipeline, meeting targets, and contributing to the overall success of our client's sales team.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in B2B Telesales or a similar field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software
