Job Description

B2B Telesales Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced B2B Telesales Executive to join our team at Realise Recruitment Ltd in Motherwell. The ideal candidate will have a background in outbound sales with experience in various B2B and SME sales areas.

The primary role of the Sales Growth Specialist would be to develop new business opportunities through telesales, utilising excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure sales agreements with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and company objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B telesales or internal sales consultancy
  • Strong understanding of B2B and SME sales principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
