Sales Growth Manager

As a Sales Growth Manager at Realise Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales expansion across various business sectors. Your primary objective will be to identify new opportunities, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and cultivate a portfolio of loyal clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Bd sustainable relationships with business customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to existing customers
Compensation Package: Starting base salary of £35,000, with an uncapped OTE of £55,000+, offering genuine earning potential based on individual sales performance.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven sales professional with experience in outbound sales, particularly in B2B/SME sales areas. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a proven track record of success in sales roles.
