We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to support our young residents in a safe and nurturing environment at Brook Street UK Careers. Our Residential Children's Home in Grantham, NG31 provides modern facilities designed to create a warm and welcoming space for the children in care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. The position involves working closely with other members of the team to ensure a safe and stable living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for young residents
- Support the daily needs of residents, including personal care and activities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork
The estimated annual salary for this position is £24,024 to £26,000, working up to 40 hours a week PLUS an annual sleep allowance of between £2,980 and £4,960 (based on between 6 and 10 sleeps per month over 10.5 months). Shift patterns include a 3-week rolling rota, with shifts from 8 AM to 11 PM, including sleep-ins (£47.25 per sleep).
