About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Children's Care Assistant Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in leadership and management.

As a Children's Care Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Residential Youth Workers, providing holistic care and support to children and young people, and helping them to achieve their full potential.

The salary for this role is £29,093 - £31,586 per annum, plus a sleeping-in payment of £41.

Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half, and you will have a good work/life balance with a rota split between different shifts, some of which will include sleeping at the home.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a caring and playful demeanor, with basic IT skills and knowledge/experience of the caring profession.

A driving licence is desirable but is negotiable for some of the homes.
