As a Senior Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of carers who engage with children and young people to enable them to develop new skills and create a safe and stimulating environment.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and lead a team, work collaboratively with colleagues, and maintain effective relationships with families and other stakeholders.
