Residential Care Lead

PSR Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Residential Care Lead to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality residential care services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of care staff in delivering person-centred care to residents in a residential setting.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
Requirements:
- N/SVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive approach and commitment to delivering high standards of care.
