Residential Care Team Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care professional to join our client's Residential Children's Home in Grantham as a Team Leader. The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the home while providing high-quality care to the children and young people.
The role involves supervising staff, maintaining records, and implementing care plans to foster a safe and nurturing environment. Our client's newly refurbished children's homes boast modern facilities designed to create a warm and welcoming environment for the children in care.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home, including managing staff rotas, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the development of care plans.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £27,310 per annum, based on 37.5 hours per week, plus an annual sleep allowance of between £3,290 and £5,240 (based on between 6 and 10 sleeps per month over 10.5 months).
