This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, with a 15% bonus paid quarterly. As a Peripatetic Manager (Elderly Care), you will be responsible for managing care homes in the absence of a Home Manager, supporting Home Managers in achieving their objectives, and assisting with the integration of new homes. Your expertise in document processes and electronic platforms like eMAR will be invaluable to our client's expansion efforts. Additionally, you will work on projects to increase occupancy and reduce vacancies, embedding cultural and behavioural changes in line with company values. If you have a strong leadership background, preferably as a Registered Manager with a CQC inspection rating of 'good' or 'outstanding', this position could be an excellent opportunity for rapid career progression.
