Elderly Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Elderly Care Manager to join our team across the East Midlands. This role offers a great opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a variety of challenges and contribute to the well-being of both residents and staff.
This position is ideal for someone who is commutable from Nottingham, Lincoln, Mansfield, Grantham, Derby & surrounding areas.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing care home operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents. They will also work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that prioritize resident well-being and staff satisfaction.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in care management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or a related field
