We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support and companionship, and helping create a warm and welcoming environment for all.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living tasks such as eating, drinking, and personal care
- Engage residents in activities and conversation, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation
- Follow care plans and ensure one-to-one time with each resident
