SEN Support Worker for Young Children

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a compassionate and highly motivated SEN Support Worker to join their EYFS team. As a key member of the school community, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
You will be responsible for providing one-to-one and small group support to EYFS students with SEN needs, assisting with academic tasks and promoting positive behaviour management strategies. In collaboration with teachers and support staff, you will help deliver engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of students.
A degree or equivalent qualification in Early Years Education or a related field is essential. Previous experience working with children with additional needs is desirable but not necessary. You will require flexibility, patience, and resilience in managing challenging situations and behaviours.
Main Responsibilities:- Support EYFS students with SEN needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver learning experiences.
- Assist in lesson planning and delivery.
Competitive hourly rate (£83-93), refer a friend scheme (£50 bonus), ongoing support and professional development opportunities through CPD courses and training sessions with the school.
