Barchester Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll oversee the daily care needs of our residents, ensuring their dignity and preferences are respected. You'll work closely with the Deputy General Manager and clinical team to develop care plans and provide support where needed.
We require candidates with an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working with elderly patients. A warm and caring approach is essential for this role, which offers a competitive salary of £22,500-£27,000 per annum, plus benefits.
