Lead Carer for Children's Home

Brook Street UK Careers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our client's Residential Children's Home in Grantham. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of supervising staff, maintaining records, and implementing care plans. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, families, and external agencies.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, working in a state-of-the-art children's home with modern facilities. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £27,420 per annum, based on 37.5 hours per week, plus an annual sleep allowance of between £3,370 and £5,320 (based on between 6 and 10 sleeps per month over 10.5 months).
