We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Daily Rental Administrator to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and from our recently refurbished Head Office.

About the Role

As a Daily Rental Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service within our daily rental department. You will be responsible for processing bookings, liaising with customers and suppliers, and managing the entire rental lifecycle from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and administer daily hire and Rental PLUS bookings efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers throughout the rental process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all rentals.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Required Skills and Experience

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably within the automotive or rental industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
