Role Overview: Onsite Hire Controller
As an Onsite Hire Controller, you will cultivate strong relationships on-site, providing rental solutions with a diverse selection of high-quality products and equipment across various construction service sectors. Key Qualifications for Success
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding communication and customer service, with a willingness to assist.
- Adept at meeting and surpassing performance goals and Key Performance Indicators.

- Passionate about continuous learning and enhancing product knowledge.
- Experience in roles such as Hire Controller, Sales Manager, or Supervisor within a related industry.
Responsibilities of the Onsite Hire Controller
- Drive sales efforts to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets.
- Monitor sales and marketing metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate monthly sales performance and stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends.
- Enhance the customer experience by delivering exceptional support to both new and returning clients, fostering lasting relationships based on trust and satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives to expand our market presence on-site, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and success.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
