As an Onsite Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our existing accounts, independently overseeing their needs and providing expert assistance with hire solutions. You'll also be tasked with promoting our brand to increase sales growth and meeting and exceeding sales targets with a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HSS account onsite, providing expert assistance with hire needs and actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Promote the brand to increase sales growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with a customer-focused approach.

Requirements:

  • Experience in construction products/equipment, with a managerial or supervisory background in a similar business.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the current market.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, prioritizing tasks, and delivering solutions within deadlines.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing product knowledge.
  • Focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and resourceful.
  • Excellent organizational skills, balancing workloads and meeting service demands effectively.
