Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Maternity Cover Rental Service Advisor. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service at our rental branch.

Working Hours

42.5 hours per week, across 5 days, including weekends.

Role Responsibilities

As a key member of the Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental team, you will collaborate with management and colleagues to uphold the high service standards our customers expect.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service consistently.

Key Duties Include:

  • Providing outstanding customer care, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Utilizing excellent communication and organizational skills to manage branch tasks effectively.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Monitoring and managing branch expenditures.
  • Generating daily reports and ensuring appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Promoting the branch while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Occasionally assisting at other branches as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts on a rotating schedule, including weekends, and to cover at other locations.
  • A valid UK driving license.

Desirable Experience:

  • Prior experience in the rental sector.
