About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, both face-to-face and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the opening and closing of rental agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.
  • Participate in regular meetings with your line manager and tutor to discuss progress and receive feedback.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You will be passionate about delivering great customer service and have a strong desire to learn and develop your skills.

Requirements

  • Maths and English GCSE or equivalent at grade C or above is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred.
