We are seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator to oversee key administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations at Sinclair. In this role, you will be responsible for managing travel bookings and compliance, providing logistical support to senior leadership, and maintaining the efficient functioning of the office environment.

You will act as the primary liaison with external vendors, manage office utilities, and maintain adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will liaise with employees at all levels, including senior leadership, and work closely with the finance department to support procurement and invoicing processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. You will be part of a global medical aesthetics organisation with a strong commercial infrastructure, delivering an extensive product range in 55 markets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage domestic and international travel bookings, ensuring compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing office utilities, supplies, and facility maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to track office expenses and reconcile invoices.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings and managing travel logistics.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking software.
  • Experience managing travel governance, including policy compliance and budget monitoring.
