About the Role

The Head of Projects and Programmes will lead a team of programme and project managers, ensuring that programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and mentoring skills, as well as a project management qualification and commercial and financial acumen.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in programme management within complex manufacturing, ideally aviation or aerospace. They will work in collaboration with leaders across Engineering, Commercial, Production, Procurement, and Quality to ensure that programme objectives are achieved through effective management.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in programme management within complex manufacturing, ideally aviation or aerospace
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • A project management qualification
  • Commercial and financial acumen
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relations with both internal and external stakeholders
