Nature and Biodiversity Programme Manager

We are looking for a Nature and Biodiversity Programme Manager to join our team at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. As a key member of our Centre for Sustainable Finance, you will play a vital role in developing leadership and solutions towards a sustainable economy.

Your main responsibility will be to provide research capacity and leadership for EU Horizon funded projects, as well as other projects focused on nature and biodiversity in the context of sustainable finance. You will work closely with over 50 global financial institutions, providing research and supporting them to integrate the value of natural capital in their decision-making.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in a relevant field such as Geography, Environmental Economics, or Ecology, and significant experience in research and project management. You should also be familiar with disaster risk finance and investment, and have excellent organisational skills.

The salary for this position is around £45,000 - £58,000 per year, plus benefits including 41 days annual leave, a generous pension scheme, and more.
