At Hilton Worldwide, Inc., we are seeking an exceptional Assistant Front of House Manager to join our dynamic Front Office team.



Job Summary

As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive a world-class experience from check-in to check-out.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate guest satisfaction, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance our services and facilities.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting our hotel's services and facilities, and by maximizing room occupancy at optimal rates.
  • Assist in setting departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with hotel goals and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing Front Office team, focusing on training, coaching, and succession planning to ensure a seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with all hotel departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Manage staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive improvement and achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct regular communication meetings with the Front Office team, producing meeting minutes and action plans to ensure follow-up and progress.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • Previous supervisory experience in Front Office operations, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • High level of IT proficiency, with expertise in hotel property management systems and front-of-house equipment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and sales capabilities, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing room occupancy.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Accountability, resilience, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing work situations and priorities.
