Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Front of House team to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Oversee and manage the Front of House area, including the reception, dining area, and counter.
  • Ensure that all team members are well-trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Manage cash handling and petty cash, including preparing cash drawers and counting tills.
  • Collaborate with the General Store Manager to coordinate all aspects of the Front of House, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of guest care, including responding to guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Lead by example and promote a positive working environment, encouraging teamwork and cooperation among team members.
  • Attend training and meetings as required by German Doner Kebab or the Franchisee.
  • Perform any other duties as designated by Operations Manager due to business demands.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as Supervisor/Duty Manager within the Food Industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in guest service management.
  • Extensive guest care knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
  • Financial management skills.
