The Ivy Collection is a renowned dining institution with over 100 years of history and an impeccable reputation for culinary excellence. As a passionate and dynamic individual, we are seeking a skilled Front of House Operations Manager to join our team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work in one of the UK's most-loved restaurant brands, where you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a warm and professional welcome. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently managing bookings and allocating tables to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
  • Leading and training the front of house team to deliver outstanding service and ensure seamless operational processes.
  • Providing up-to-date information on our menu offerings and specials to enhance the guest experience.
  • Managing payment methods and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent English language skills, a solution-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have at least three years of experience in a similar position and be able to demonstrate your expertise in front of house operations.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a range of perks, including:
