Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Executive to join our dynamic team at Liforme (B Corp Certified). As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our global customers, driving growth, and supporting our mission to 'Live For More'.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to deliver outstanding service and support.
  • Liaising with international warehouses and couriers to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting with managing customer relationships across multiple channels, including social media and email.
  • Conducting ongoing community engagement to gather sales leads and support business needs.
  • Supporting and supervising junior team members with their daily tasks.
  • Assisting with key strategic projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine desire to go above and beyond.
  • Ability to think strategically and see the wider context of daily tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a dedication to finding efficient solutions.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a friendly disposition.
  • Excellent academic record.
  • Highly personable and able to fit in with our dynamic team.
  • 1-3 years of relevant previous experience in customer service.
