Job Purpose
As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our global customers, liaising with international warehouses and couriers, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Building outstanding customer relationships to provide the best possible service to our global customers
- Liaising with international warehouses and couriers to ensure seamless customer experience
